Certain pets like Cybunny's, Tonu's, and more are limited edition, which means only a certain number of them are allowed to be in Neopia. Most of the time on their day, Neopets increases the number that are allowed to be in Neopia, so you can create one for yourself. They go quickly, so remember to get them on their day, or they will run out. :'(
